This performance is SOLD OUT!

This must-see concert features the Colorado Symphony performing the works of American master George Gershwin, accompanied by a quartet of dancers from the famed New York City Ballet on the sultry finale, Who Cares?. The orchestra and Litton will also perform the jazz-band version of Rhapsody in Blue as well as other highlights from Gershwin's career that bridged the gaps between classical, jazz, and popular music. Andrew Litton, Music Director of both the Colorado Symphony and recently appointed Music Director of the New York City Ballet, conducts this program with gusto.

Don't forget to arrive early for the prelude at 12:00 pm hosted by local music historian, Betsy Schwarm. Preludes are insightful discussions that take place before each Masterworks performance and are included with your concert ticket.
