The Music of James Bond with Hilary Kole

Scott O’Neil, resident conductor
Hilary Kole, vocals

Vocalist Hilary Kole plays Bond girl as the Colorado Symphony performs the iconic music of James Bond. The “James Bond Theme,” written by Monty Norman and arranged by John Barry, started it all in the 1962 production of Dr. No. another Bond film composer, David Arnold, described it as representing everything about the Bond character you would want: cocky, swaggering, confident, dark, dangerous, suggestive, sexy and unstoppable. The Symphony will perform several works from the films, including Academy Award® nominated songs such as “Live and Let Die” and “For Your Eyes Only.”
