Due to the budget cutbacks from the government sequestration, the Washington D. C. based U.S. Army Chorus will not be able to appear with the Colorado Symphony. The U.S. Army Chorus program will be replaced with an evening of music by George Gershwin. Artistic Advisor Andrew Litton will conduct in a previously unscheduled appearance. The centerpiece of the program, Rhapsody in Blue, features Mr. Litton on piano. Current ticket holders to the U.S. Army Chorus concert may use their tickets for the Gershwin concert without any further action.
