2014/15 Season Pops Package
Description
The 2014/15 Pops season proves that there isn’t any kind of music the Colorado Symphony musicians can’t handle. From Broadway showtunes to romantic evenings with pop sensations, the musicians tackle it all with virtuosic skill. Highlights include a tribute to Broadway with the Denver Gay Men’s Chorus and the Denver Women’s Chorus -Everything’s Coming Up Broadway!, September 27; an evening of dance and music celebrating the Golden Age of Hollywood - Dancing and Romancing: The Golden Age of Hollywood, October 25, and Leonard Bernstein’s classic West Side Story, the soundtrack that set a new standard for film scoring, as the film is screened on March 7-8.
