11x GRAMMY Award-winner Brandi Carlile will return to Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre for two special shows with your Colorado Symphony on September 6 and 7. These upcoming performances add to yet another triumphant year for Carlile, who recently won two awards at the 66th Annual GRAMMY Awards: Best Americana Performance (“Dear Insecurity” with Brandy Clark) and Best Folk Album (as a producer for Joni Mitchell’s At Newport).

I want to try something brave this year at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre…something different for these shows to make them worthy of the stunning Colorado Symphony.
The first night with the Symphony will be solo. I will be beyond nervous but I’m going to do it. There will be surprises, big sweeping vocal risks and lots of story telling.
Nothing but you and me and the power of the rocks…
The second night will be Trio with The Hanseroth Twins, we’re going to have a lot of stomping laughter and three part harmony set to the Symphony and the stars.
We are gonna start taking requests now so we can get some deep cut symphony charts made!
