Colorado’s very own British invasion of Bertie Baigent, Assistant Conductor, captured the adoration of many this past year and he’s ready to bring you an evening highlighting some of the greatest romantic music in the orchestral repertoire. Featuring soprano Laquita Mitchell, who brings her rich, expressive vocals to spectacular works like Puccini’s ”O mio Babbino caro” from Gianni Schicchi, and excerpts from Tchaikovsky’s most famous romantic ballets performed by the orchestra, this evening of grand, sweeping music will have your heart aching for more.
